The Power of Team is the theme of TUMI's 2015 Satellite Summit. This summit we focus on the power of teamwork and the synergistic impact it has on the advance of the Kingdom. Teamwork is the key element in effective urban ministry -- through it we form, sharpen, and deploy our finest workers in the neediest fields for the greatest impact. This workbook outlines the discussion of the weekend: what it means to create a team that is aware of the threat, diverse enough to tackle the worst project, and dedicated to adapt to an ever-changing environment.This is the workbook used at The Urban Ministry Institute's 2017 Satellite Summit. With our theme of Forging Identity, we explore together the idea of cultivating a Christ-centered frame of reference and learning the disciplines of combating the lies of the enemy that seek to undermine our identity in Christ.
